On August 15th I closed on my first home - My first home buying experience was wonderful and I believe this is because I used Karen Bresnahan as my realtor. I began working with Karen in June after attending a home buying seminar held by my bank. I could tell Karen enjoyed her job as a real estate agent by her enthusiasm during her LMRE presentation and decided I wanted to reach out to her – Ironically the day I was going to look her up I received a thank you email from her for attending the seminar. She took all my needs and wishes into consideration and explained the many processes in a way I was able to understand. Karen is very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. My parents got to know Karen too as they were helping me through the home buying process and now they are working with her to find a new home for themselves. Karen is a very hard working agent. She produced comprehensive market analysis for the sale of our home. She kept us informed at all times. During stressful times her confidence was reassuring. I was quite impressed with her knowledge and determination. Karen is extremely professional. If you want your home sold - choose her as your agent.

My husband and I listed our house with Karen. She was always professional and we felt she had our best interests in mind. She made us feel we were her priority. On the day of our closing, the closing was delayed a few hours for reasons related to the buyers. She was very supportive of our decision to deny the buyer's request to move in before closing papers were signed. Our home sold within four days of being put on the market.

I worked with Karen for a number of months on the sale of my home. The timing of the sale, relative to the market, was not the best and Karen worked tirelessly to show the property as often as possible. I was an out of state client and unable to deal with a lot of the issues that came up while the property was listed and Karen handled everything.
